Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the costs of the product plus charges made for post and packing that item to you. Please include your name, address and telephone number and a copy of your invoice or other proof of purchase.

Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid damage. It is strongly advisable to obtain proof of postage and / or send by Recorded Delivery for proof of delivery to us. We will refund your payment within seven working days of receiving the goods back. Please note that we do not refund the cost of your return postage. 

You want to cancel an order or return goods within 10 days of receipt.
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within ten working days. 

If you do decide to cancel and we have not yet dispatched your order, then you should put your cancellation in writing by email and your payment will be refunded within one working day.
